Bianca joined Kemp & Associates (previously Smuts Kemp & Smal) as a Candidate Attorney in 2010 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2011. She obtained her Right of Appearance in the High Court in 2013.

She has extensive experience in general civil litigation and currently specialises in personal injury claims and family law. She is passionate about mediation and completed her certificate in Mediation training, as well as Risk Management and Compliance Management
