Gustav obtained his Baccalaureus Legum Civilium and Bachelor of Laws Degrees from the University of Pretoria and his Master of Law from the University of London. He furthermore obtained a H Dip Tax.

Gustav worked as a Candidate Attorney with the firm of Rein & Verster (the firm changed its name and is currently known as Solomon Nicholson Friedland Hart) in Pretoria.

Chantal obtained her LLB degree and LLM degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2003 and 2004 respectively.  Chantal completed her articles at Smuts Kemp &Smal (who changed their name to Kemp & Associates Incorporated) and continued her employment as an associate at the firm.

Chantal runs the foreclosure department and attends to the administration of Wills and Estates.

Elaine was born and grew up in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.  She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Stellenbosch in 2005. Thereafter she completed her articles at Bosman & Smit in Caledon.

She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2007, and was admitted as an Attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court in 2011.

Bianca completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of South Africa in 2009 and started as Candidate Attorney at Smuts Kemp & Smal Incorporated (now known as Kemp & Associates Incorporated).

She completed her articles and was admitted as an Attorney with the Right of Appearance in the High Court at the End of 2011. Bianca was previously employed at Stellenbosch Cost Consultants where the necessary experience was gained.

Darren completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of South Africa in 2010.

He completed his articles in 2012, and was admitted as an Attorney in High Court on 1 February 2013. He obtained his Rights of Appearance in the High Court on 2 December 2013.

Adéle obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Stellenbosch and B Proc degree at the University of South Africa. She worked as a claims administrator at the Road Accident Fund for six years.

She completed her articles at Kemp Hoon & Fourie Attorneys and was admitted as an attorney in 2004.

Samantha completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Stellenbosch in 2010. She was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in March 2013 after completing her articles. Samantha joined Kemp & Associates in 2014 in the conveyancing and deceased estates department, where she specialises in various aspects of conveyancing.

Kenneth Wynne obtained his BA (Law) and postgraduate LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2014 and 2016 respectively. Having served articles at Muller Terblanche & Beyers Incorporated during 2017 and 2018, he was admitted as an attorney in February 2019, where after he was appointed as a professional assistant at Kemp & Associates.
